COVID19

If You are sick or feeling unwell, we kindly ask to please notify Pelci as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Pelci reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying symptoms of COVID19.

If You arrive to your appointment displaying cold or flu symptoms we reserve the right to ask You to leave the clinic immediately. You will forfeit Your booking fee and any services purchased in packages.

If you cancel your service due to COVID symptoms, Pelci reserves the right to reject any further bookings within 7 days of your booking date and time.

Our booking policy still stands with COVID cancellations.

When booking in store or online, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Pelci has a no refund policy on purchases if You change Your mind. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force You to postpone/ reschedule Your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only Your technician, but other clients as well

  • Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation 

  • If You cancel within 24 hours of Your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked treatment value. 

  • In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited

  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law

  • Booking fee paid for treatments are non-refundable

If You wish to reschedule or cancel Your appointment, You must notify Our clinic with a phone call or email not less than 24 hours prior to Your scheduled appointment.  If You reschedule Your appointment, Your Booking Fee will be redeemable at Your next scheduled appointment or a refund will be issued, provided that You have given Us at least 24 hours’ notice.  If You fail to provide sufficient notice (being at least 24 hours), You will forgo Your Booking Fee and You will not be able to redeem it at a later time.

**Please note that Instagram messages or text replies will not be accepted as methods of cancellation.

In the event that You are fail to show up at Your scheduled appointment, or cancel or reschedule Your appointment within 24 hours of Your scheduled appointment, we will require You to make an upfront payment of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee (inc GST) for Your next booking (Upfront Payment). The Upfront Payment will be redeemable upon Your scheduled treatment with Our clinic. This is non negotiable.

When booking online, your credit card is kept in an encrypted file on our point of sale system. If you fail to finalise your no show fee, late cancellation fee or you do not have a deposit on file for your appointment, Pelci will charge your credit card.

In the event that you won’t be returning to Pelci, the responsibility falls on You to notify Pelci to inform them of such events so that your booking fee can be refunded.

SKIN AND OTHER SERVICES

Bookings 

By making a booking, You agree to be bound by Our booking policy.

You must arrive at the clinic 10 minutes before Your scheduled booking time to ensure that Your appointment runs for the full duration of the appointment and that the appropriate consent forms are completed by You. If You are running late, We reserve the right to cut short Your treatment time to ensure that Our therapists are not late for their following appointments.

We require at least 24 hours of notice should You wish to cancel or reschedule Your appointment.

All bookings require no less than 50% of the total service value to be paid at the time of making your appointment. 

If you are booking by email, there is a 24 hour grace period to finalise your 50% booking fee. Failure to do so in this time will result in your appointment being automatically removed from Pelci’s schedule.

If the appointment does not have a 50% booking fee applied to it, Pelci will contact the client to organise this. Pelci will give the client sufficient time to finalise this payment. If it is not finalised by the nominated date, Pelci reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

Online Bookings

When booking online, we require no less than 50% of the total service value to be paid as a booking fee. This booking fee will be applied against Your total service. This booking fee is taken via PayPal or Timely Pay and will remain in a holding account until your appointment has been completed. If you wish to cancel your appointment (outside of the 24 hour cancellation time period), please e-mail Your details to hello@pelci.com.au.

Alternatively, you can use the original booking fee in credit towards a future appointment. This booking fee must total more than 50% of your total service value.

When booking online, your credit card is kept in an encrypted file on our point of sale system.

When booking online, you agree to these terms.

Virtual Skin Consultations (Meet & Greet) require full payment prior to appointment time and date confirmation.

If booking services with payments redeemable back on product/ alternative services, full payment must be finalised prior to the appointment time. This must be no less than 48 hours prior.

When making a booking at Pelci, you agree to these terms.

Gift Vouchers

If You have a gift voucher, by law You have 3 years from the date of purchase to be utilised. After this time period the nominated value is null and void and cannot be utilised by the recipient. 

Your gift voucher will be held as a booking deposit. The same terms and conditions apply for no shows and late cancellations and the voucher will become void. 

For packages, deals and donations, Pelci reserve the rights to nominate a designated time frame and in what manner the gift vouchers to be used within.

Gift Vouchers cannot be swapped for cash.

Pelci reserves the right to apply their own terms and conditions around marketing promotions with Gift Vouchers. For example - Purchasing a gift voucher for a nominated value and receive a nominated value complimentary.

Donated Gift Voucher will have their own terms and conditions.

When booking in store or online, you agree to these terms.

Pricing Policy 

We reserve the right to change any of the products or services at any time without prior warning or notice.

We reserve the right to change all treatment, product and service prices at any time without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client depending on program, service or product sold to or brought by the individual client based on their personalised needs.

We reserve the right to terminate Your use of Our Site or Our products and/or services generally if You breach these Terms, as determined by Us in Our sole discretion. Refunds are not provided for Our products and/or services that have been rendered by Us, including where You have been given access to Our Content whether accessed by You or not, unless We are in breach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Special Offers

We may provide special offers and promotions  in relation to our products and services. At any time, We may terminate any special offer without notice in advance. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to products and already pre purchased services  You ordered or purchased in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

Skin Packages

The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.

Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of the refund policy apply.

The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments unless otherwise agreed upon from owner/ manager of Pelci. 

Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.

Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken, and deducted from the client’s package.

Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments unless otherwise agreed upon from owner/ manager of Pelci. However, the product recommendation in each skin package can be exchanged for another product of the less or equal to the RRP value. If exceeding, the difference will be paid by the client.

Pelci therapist  will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in purchased  treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.

All listed skin packages (on Pelci website) have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments dated from date of purchase. 

Any specials or deals on packs will have a designated expiry on redemption of treatments which will be at the discretion of Pelci.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in any promotional  treatments in advance so that there are available appointments. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 

Pelci offers a guarantee that there will be an improvement to client’s skin under the following guide lines:

  • The client will undertake treatments in the time frame recommended. 

  • If we believe that additional treatments will reach the desired result, we will advise the client prior to the purchase of the skin packages.

  • Client’s use the advised products included in the skin package purchased during their treatment programme.

  • Client’s must inform Pelci of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/ products and a consent form must be signed.

  • Client’s need to follow all at home protocols recommended by their therapist. This may include skincare, dietary and supplement guidelines.

A change of mind will not result in the value of the package or ramining value being refunded.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre paid packages.

Pre-paid Treatments

If You pre-pay for treatments, You will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

Listed Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).

24 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If You cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. 

A change of mind will not result in the value of the package or ramining value being refunded.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Before and After Campaign

Pelci would like to collect and process:

photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from You for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.

To the extent that this material will contain  information about Your diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires Your explicit consent to allow us to process it.

If chosen to participate in this campaign You will be required to sign a consent form by which You will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by Pelci both now and in the future.

By signing the release, You agree that Pelci may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.

You grant Pelci the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.

You grant Pelci the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media.

You understand Pelci may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet. 

You agree that by signing the form, You release and forever discharge Pelci, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and You waive all moral rights that You may have in the material.

Pricing 

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering over e-mail or phone within Brisbane

Pelci charges a starting fixed cost of $7.05 for deliveries within Brisbane area. (this can vary and subject to an increase for larger orders and orders that are geographically further away).

Tracking on postage is also an option. All sachets have tracking included. This may incur higher charges.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

Payment 

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise stated  but exclude delivery charges and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

The full payment for Your phone/email order (including the product price and associated  delivery charges) will be deducted from Your credit card.. Postage will commence once payment has been processed and confirmed. 

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 5 business days of the purchase date. Most Australian orders should arrive within 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is Your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive either by emailing hello@pelci.com.au  within a reasonable period and we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise You of any issues that are discovered.
